While we take pride in the quality and fit of our lingerie, we understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations. To ensure peace of mind, we offer a 14-day return and refund policyβ€”with specific terms outlined below to protect both our customers and the hygiene standards of our products.


Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date your order was delivered, provided that:

  • The item is not on sale or discounted

  • The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • The product is in original condition, with tags attached and in its original packaging

  • You have the original receipt or proof of purchase

  • You email us within the 14-day window at care@glowfits.com, including your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable)


Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items (including flash sales, seasonal promotions, and clearance stock)

  • Items that appear worn, washed, damaged, or altered

  • Products returned after 14 days of delivery

  • Items sent without prior authorization or a valid return request via email

Due to the intimate nature of lingerie, we maintain strict hygiene protocols and reserve the right to decline any returns that do not meet our standards.


Exchange Policy

If you received a product in the wrong size, color, or style due to an error on our end, you are eligible for a free exchange. We will cover the shipping charges for the replacement in such cases.

To request an exchange:

  1. Email us at care@glowfits.com within 14 days

  2. Provide your order number and details of the issue

  3. Include photos, if applicable

If the correct size or item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit of equal value.


Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued within 7 to 10 business days

  • The refund will be made via your original payment method

  • Any shipping fees or cash-on-delivery charges (if applicable) are non-refundable

If your return is rejected, the item will be shipped back to you at your expense or discarded after 14 days if no response is received.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Use the subject line: β€œReturn/Exchange Request – [Your Order Number]”

  3. Attach clear photos if the product is defective or incorrect

  4. Wait for a return authorization and shipping instructions

  5. Package the item securely and ship it to the address provided

Please do not send any items back without first contacting us and receiving confirmation. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
